I can't understand it. Maybe you can, I'm trying to get all this political stuff straightened out in my ZZZhead so I'll know how to vote come the next election. Right now, we have one guy saying one thing. Then the other guy says something else. Who to believe. Let me see; have I got this straight?

Ahh, it's so confusing!

Every year an independent tax watchdog group analyzes the average tax burden on Americans, and then calculates the "Tax Freedom Day". This is the day after which the money you earn goes to you, not the
government. This year, tax freedom day was April 11th. That's the earliest it has been since 1991. It's latest day ever was May 2nd, which occurred in 2000. Notice anything special about those dates?

Last year, John Kerry gave a speech in which he claimed Americans are actually paying more taxes under Bush, despite the tax cuts. He gave no explanation and provided no data for this claim.

Another interesting fact: Both George Bush and John Kerry are wealthy men.

Bush owns only one home, his ranch in Texas. Kerry owns 4 mansions, all worth several million dollars. (His ski resort home in Idaho is an old barn brought over from Europe in pieces. Not your average
A-frame).

Bush paid $250,000 in taxes this year; Kerry paid $90,000. Does that sound right? The man who wants to raise your taxes obviously has figured out a way to avoid paying his own.

Facts Liberals and Peace Weenies Ignor

There were 39 combat related deaths in Iraq during the month of January. In the fair city of Detroit there were 35 murders in that same month. about as deadly as the entire war torn country of Iraq.
If you say GWB should not have started this war then think about the following.....
-FDR...led us into WWII..Germany never attacked us, Japan did.
From 1941 - 1945 450,000 lives were lost, an average of 112,500 per year.
-Truman...finished WWII and started one in Korea, North Korea never attacked us 1950-1953 55,000 lives were lost. an average of 18,334 per year.
-J.F.Kennedy...started the Vietnam Conflict in 1962. Vietnam never attacked us. From 1965-1975 58,000 lives were lost. An average of 5800 per year.
-Clinton...went to war in Bosnia without UN or French consent, Bosnia never attacked us. He was offered Osama bin Laden's head on a platter 3 times by Sudan and did nothing. Osama attacked us multiple times.
In the two years since the terrorists attacked the US:
President G.W. Bush has....
-liberated two countries
-crushed the taliban
-crippled al-Qaid
-put nuclear inspectors in Libya
-captured a terrorist who slaughtered 300,000 of his own people
The Democrats are complaing the war in Iraq is taking to long but...
-It took less time to take Iraq than it took Janet Reno to take the Branch Davidian Compound
-We've been looking for WMD's in Iraq for less time than it took Hillary Clinton to find her Rose Law Firms billing records.
-It took less time for the 3rd Infantry Division and the Marines to destroy the Medina Republican Guards than it took Ted Kennedy to call the police after his Oldmobile sank in the Chappaquiddick, drowning Mary Jo.
-It took less time to take Iraq than it did to count the votes in Florida!!!
and GWB still had time to rebound us from the Clinton/Gore Reccession and stock market crash from 2001 and 911 with a lower unemployment rate than the previous administration. (despite the outsourcing of jobs from the NAFTA, GHATT and trade status with China that Clinton/Gore let happen.)
-Despite the media, the military moral is high!

Kerry/Edwards wants to give tax cuts only to middle-class by jumping through hoops – that’s good

Bush believes God is on our side – that’s bad…
Kerry has faith in God – that’s good

Under the Bush administration some jobs have been lost to outsourcing – that’s bad…
John Kerry says he can never guarantee jobs will never be outsourced – that’s good

Bush proposes tort reform for medical liability suits – that’s bad…
Kerry/Edwards say they will impose tort reform – that’s good

Bush is the first president to fund stem cell research – that’s bad…
Kerry/Edwards want to increase funding for stem cell research – that’s good

Bush doesn’t believe in asking U.N. for permission to protect our interest – that’s bad…
Kerry thinks we should pass global test – that’s good
